I am an artist. I love art and art history. Thankfully all of my children enjoy it as well, even the 4yo. These cards are an additional treat that cause them to look deeper and in new ways at art at museums or when viewing art at home with books. They turns observation into a game.We have always bring pencils, pens, pastels and/or watercolor paint with aquash brushes to the museum with us and my kids get to recreate their own favorite paintings while sitting in front of it. Highly recommend this as a way to help your children experience art. We haven't been able to go to a museum in the past year though (Covid) and really miss it. So we're enjoying museums with older hardback copies of their art books. These cards are a great addition. I look forward to trying them out at a museum too eventually.
